Plans Under HSL X-TRA Warranty Programme

 

Plan I – Extended Warranty

 

The coverage will be over and above the manufacturers’ original warranty.

 

  1. If the product you purchased has 1 year warranty by the manufacturer, HSL X-Tra Warranty Programme offers an additional two (2) years protection cover.
  2. If the product you purchased has 2 years warranty by the manufacturer, HSL X-Tra Warranty Programme offers an additional 3 years protection cover.
  3. If the product you purchased has 3 years warranty by the manufacturer, HSL X-Tra Warranty Programme offers an additional 2 years protection cover.

 

Maximum Coverage     =   The maximum repair costs will not exceed the purchase value   

       of your product.

Plan II – Replacement Plan

 

This plan is available for small appliances that have a minimum of one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty and under HSL X-tra warranty programme we offer an additional one (1) year protection cover.

 

Maximum Coverage     = A Brand New Replacement (1 time only)

 

Refer to HSL Service Centre for items classified under “small appliances.”

Applying for HSL X-tra Warranty Programme

 

Step 1:      Choose your electrical and electronics product.

 

Step 2:      Understand the HSL X-Tra Warranty Protection Plan that can complement your choice of electrical and electronics product type.

 

Step 3:      Sign on the Registration Form / Sales Document to accept HSL X-tra Warranty Protection Plan.

                You will receive a HSL X-tra Warranty Certificate within 30 days from your date of purchase or delivery.

 

Step 4:      Keep your product sales invoice / receipt & HSL X-tra Warranty Certificate in a safe place for eventual claims.

Q3:          What happens if my product is beyond repair?

 

A3:           If your product is beyond economical repair, we will replace your product with another item that is of comparable performance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in HSL X-tra Warranty Certificate.

 

Q4:          Is HSL X-tra Warranty Protection Plan transferable?

 

A4:           Yes, HSL X-tra Warranty Protection Plan is transferable except for Replacement Plan.
